An eleven-year-old boy from Burgas, declared missing nationwide, has been found and returned to his family in good health and physical condition, announced the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior in the coastal city.
The child disappeared in the afternoon hours of December 19th of this year after a wrestling practice in a sports center in the residential complex "Slaveykov". A report of his disappearance was filed by his relatives.
It was established that after the end of the activity, instead of going home, the child went in the direction of the sports hall "Boycho Branzov" in the "Zornitsa" complex.
To some extent, his route was determined through nearby video surveillance cameras. The involved police officers carried out numerous operational-search actions, and today a random citizen recognized the minor from photos in Facebook groups and alerted the First Police Station – Burgas. The child was taken to the police and subsequently handed over to his mother. Work on the case continues.
