Statistics for 112 emergency calls for the past 24 hours
The National 112 System Directorate at the Ministry of Interior (MoI) reported an intensive load on the single European emergency number. In the period from 7:00 a.m. Saturday to 7:00 a.m. this morning, a total of 7,147 regulated calls were registered.
Main categories of signals
- Emergency medical assistance: Nearly 2,200 signals.
- Crimes against the person: 2,439 signals.
- Lost or distressed people: 104 signals.
- Risky driving and street racing: 13 signals.
For comparison, the signals received by the system during the previous 24-hour period were 6,467.
The data show increased activity from citizens and a need for a timely response from the security and healthcare services in the country.
