More than 30 people gave blood at the "Tsarevo Gives Life" charity drive at the medical centre in Tsarevo, the Regional Centre for Transfusion Haematology said.
The drive was held on Wednesday, 4 November, and the medical centre announced it on Tuesday. The blood is for patients who urgently need transfusions.

Deputy mayor Denis Dikhanov gave blood. It was not his first time at such a drive. Local firefighters, council staff and people from across the region followed him.
The Bulgarian Red Cross in Tsarevo, Tsarevo council and the transfusion haematology department at the University Hospital in Burgas organised the drive. They thanked all donors for helping patients whose treatment depends on donated blood.
