Bulgaria's interior ministry has received 254 reports of breaches of election rules and political rights since 26 September, according to figures from the ministry's Situation Centre.
On Tuesday the centre put the number at 168, including 143 about vote buying.

Police have opened six criminal cases. Four fall under articles 167-169 of the Criminal Code and two are fast-track cases.
Officers have issued 1,311 warning notices under article 65 of the Interior Ministry Act. They have also carried out 204 special operations against crimes targeting political rights. Each report goes to the relevant ministry unit to be checked.
