International Triumph of Knowledge in Nesebar
At an official ceremony in the "Zhanna Chimbuleva" amphitheater in Old Nesebar, winners of the prestigious "Mathematics Without Borders" international tournament were awarded. The final of the 13th edition brought together nearly 900 students from 11 countries, including Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Turkey, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan.
"Mathematics is a universal language that unites young talents from different cultures," emphasized the organizers of the event, which took place under the patronage of Mayor Nikolay Dimitrov.
Distinguished Teachers and Special Recognition
- Awards for exceptional contribution were received by educators from Singapore, North Macedonia, and Bulgaria.
- The Mayor of Nesebar Municipality, Nikolay Dimitrov, was honored with a special award by the Mayor of Menderes, Turkey, for long-standing partnership.
- First-grader Dimitar Terziev from "Lyuben Karavelov" Secondary School won a silver medal for Nesebar.
The culmination of the event was the release of white doves – a symbol of peace, accompanied by the thunderous applause of hundreds of parents and guests. The tournament, which began on July 4th, once again proved that knowledge has no borders.
