Young people aged 15 to 29 can send in photos of Burgas until 23 November for the St Nicholas Day photo contest "Burgas Through My Eyes", the Youth International Centre in Burgas said. Entries must be submitted through an online form at https://forms.gle/H3RWZY6nHiuNDCa3A.
Each person can send up to three photos taken with a phone or a camera. The theme is open, but the pictures must be of the city of Burgas. The organisers do not accept edited photos or images made with artificial intelligence.
They invite young photographers and photography fans to show how they see the beauty, mood and spirit of the city, through favourite places, scenic views, interesting details and personal stories.
A jury from the centre and from the Burgas Photography Community, a partner in the contest, will judge the photos. The top three in the final ranking will get special prizes.
There is also a separate Audience Award. Approved photos will be on the organisers' Facebook page from 24 to 30 November inclusive, and the prize goes to the photographer whose picture gets the most likes.
Results and prizes will be announced on 4 December.
