Over 320 students from Plovdiv, Veliko Tarnovo, Sofia, Burgas, and Varna participated in the initiative "Meeting with Big Business," announced the Youth Council of the US Embassy in Bulgaria.
The events are organized by the council, and the company "Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria" participated as a partner through its educational program #YouthEmpowered, aimed at developing skills and career orientation for young people.
During the meetings, students got acquainted with the real business environment and heard stories from the professional journeys of experts from the company, as well as entrepreneur Metodi Kanazhirski - founder of "Vectori Design," who participated as a guest lecturer.
The organizers point out that the initiative was aimed at students from 9th to 12th grade and university students. The goal was to introduce them to opportunities for development in the corporate environment through meetings with professionals from practice.
"Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria" notes that through the #YouthEmpowered program, from 2017 to date, nearly 36,000 young people in Bulgaria have developed skills related to a successful career start.
