The minesweeper "Priboy" participates in exercises in the Black Sea

The minesweeper "Priboy" has set sail to participate in the exercises of the Mine Countermeasures Naval Group in the Black Sea. The ship will participate in reconnaissance and surveillance operations for sea mines.

The minesweeper "Priboy" from the Sixth Division of Mine Countermeasures Ships set sail to participate in the next activation of the Mine Countermeasures Group in the Black Sea "MCM BLACK SEA".

The ship is sailing to Istanbul, where it will participate in the ceremony for the handover of the command of the group from the Romanian Navy to the Turkish Naval Forces.

The commander of the flotilla, Rear Admiral Radko Penev, expressed his confidence in the high professionalism of the crew and their successful performance in carrying out all assigned tasks.

The minesweeper "Priboy" will participate in reconnaissance and surveillance operations for the threat of sea mines and in mine countermeasure actions, and will integrate into joint exercises with the aim of exchanging experience and improving operational interoperability.
