Employers backed raising the minimum wage to €660 in 2027, but unions did not, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy said.
The National Council for Tripartite Cooperation (NCTC) did not reach a unanimous decision on the draft government decree.
The minimum wage is now €620.20. If the proposal is approved, it will rise by €39.80.
Labour and social policy minister Natalia Efremova said the figure takes account of what the state budget can afford and of the social role of the minimum wage.
