The Bulgarian Industrial Association (BSK) has sent the National Council for Tripartite Cooperation its views on eight draft laws and on the 2027 minimum wage. The organisation said this on its website.
The council meets on Friday, 23 October. The draft laws cover taxes, company accounts, independent financial audits and the regulation of gambling.
The association backs relief for business. But it rejects steps that bring in a new tax, raise administrative costs or add penalties without enough justification. For several texts, it proposes specific changes so the rules are easier to apply and do not hit firms unfairly.
BSK says every change needs clear aims, a realistic assessment of its impact, and a balance between gains and costs for firms. New taxes and rules, it insists, must be well justified, in proportion, and in line with their real effect on the economy.
Employers back the steps on investment, digitalisation and jobs. They ask that new tax and regulatory burdens do not harm the competitiveness of Bulgarian firms.
