The first national culinary online platform "Taste of Bulgaria" is undertaking a large-scale educational initiative, starting in August 2025. The ambitious program aims to promote Bulgarian gastronomic heritage among young enthusiasts from the country and abroad.

Free webinars cover a wide range of authentic regional recipes, including classic dishes such as shopska salad, kapama, and bean soup. The expert team, composed of leading chefs and ethnologists, offers in-depth demonstrations that connect culinary traditions with modern kitchen technologies.

The innovative approach combines traditional methods with contemporary techniques such as vacuum sealing and sous vide, ensuring maximum quality and authenticity of the prepared dishes. The project has already attracted the attention of over 500 participants from different countries, confirming the growing interest in Bulgarian cuisine.

The organizers plan to expand the program in the coming months, introducing new thematic modules and diverse culinary directions. The initiative aims not only to educate but also to preserve and promote the rich national culinary heritage.
