The military situation in Pokrovsk has reached a critical point, reported the Donetsk Regional Military Administration. According to official data, Russian occupation forces are located at an extremely close distance - only about a kilometer from the city center.

The head Vadym Filashkin emphasized the exceptional complexity of the situation, noting that 1,327 civilians currently remain in the settlement. Ukrainian defense forces are making maximum efforts to hold back the advancing enemy formations.

Evacuation is defined as extremely risky and practically impossible without direct military support. Occupation forces systematically shell all possible access routes, using unmanned aerial vehicles with fiber-optic guidance.

"The only alternative for local residents is to rely entirely on defense forces," Filashkin is firm. The situation remains extremely tense, with any attempt to leave the area posing serious risks to civilian lives.
