Dozens of citizens and guests viewed the "Love and Wine" exhibition in the City Gallery.
The Mayor of Nessebar, Nikolay Dimitrov, opened the exhibition of the same name, "Love and Wine", arranged in the City Art Gallery "Radoslav Ralev".
The exposition gathers works by established local artists - Vitka Lipcheva, Yordan Yordanov, Valya Georgieva, Teodora Filipova, Bogdan Bogdanov, Virginia Bogdanova, Maria Bogdanova, Radoslav Penchev and Vesela Pencheva, as well as works from the permanent collection of the patron of the gallery - Radoslav Ralev. The presented works recreate the theme of love and wine through various artistic techniques and author's style. Along with the established names of local artists, many students from local art schools also presented their works.
"Cultural and festival initiatives included in the municipality's event calendar have become a calling card of Nessebar. They are of key importance for the development of the city as an attraction center for art and tourism. The festivals of love and wine bring together artists, residents and guests in an atmosphere of inspiration and sensory experiences," the mayor emphasized during the opening.
The works in the exhibition present a visual interpretation of the explosion of emotions that combines the enchantment of feelings and the symbolism of wine.
The exhibition "Love and Wine" will remain accessible to visitors until the beginning of March.
