Ivaylo Mirchev from "Yes, Bulgaria" expressed a position regarding the upcoming changes to the Election Code, concerning the number of polling stations in countries outside the EU. He expressed concerns about a repetition of the long queues in front of the polling stations, observed in previous years, and noted that this is disrespectful to Bulgarian citizens abroad, who contribute significantly to the Bulgarian economy.

Furthermore, Mirchev emphasized the issue of security of video cameras in Bulgaria, pointing out the presence of over 100,000 cameras, including those that can be easily compromised. He criticized the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) for its lack of effectiveness and expressed the opinion that it is not doing its job.

The MP also touched upon the topic of cybersecurity, stressing the need to improve this area in accordance with European regulations. He also commented on the absence of today's parliamentary session, citing various reasons, including the hiding of the outgoing Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov.

Mirchev also addressed other current topics, such as the "Petrohan" case and the actions of the mayor of Ruse, as well as a scandal involving the appointment and dismissal of the Deputy Minister of Environment Victor Atanasov.
