The investment in the 7th and 8th units of Kozloduy NPP is an investment in the future. This will be a sustainable project that will create thousands of jobs, providing high incomes and, above all, security for the region and for the state. This was said by the Executive Director of "Kozloduy NPP - New Capacities" Petio Ivanov to journalists.
According to him, perhaps the most important part is the price. According to him, the final price depends not only on the construction costs and the timely execution of the project activities, but also on the optimization of the new capacity, said Ivanov.
The project is expected to operate for 60 years with an option for another 20 and an extension of another 20 years, which in the best case means 100 years of life for units 7 and 8, he added.
