Heavy traffic at Kapitan Andreevo Border Crossing
The General Directorate of Border Police reports increased traffic of passenger cars at the entry and exit points of the border crossing with Turkey, "Kapitan Andreevo". Traffic at the other border crossings with Turkey is proceeding normally.
The situation at the border with Romania
Important: As of June 30, traffic on the Danube Bridge at Ruse – Giurgiu has been fully restored in both lanes following the completion of repair work.
However, due to the low water level of the Danube River, ferry connections at the Oryahovo – Bechet and Svishtov – Zimnicea border crossings have temporarily suspended operations.
Travel to Greece, Serbia, and the Republic of North Macedonia
- Greece: Traffic is normal. Passenger cars and vans up to 3.5 tons can pass through "Rudozem", "Zlatograd", "Makaza", and "Ivaylovgrad". Heavy goods vehicles also pass through "Kulata", "Ilinden", and "Kapitan Petko Voyvoda".
- Serbia and the Republic of North Macedonia: Traffic at all border crossings is proceeding without interruptions or heavy congestion.
