Train Incident Near Klisura
A 20-year-old girl is in critical, life-threatening condition after she jumped from a moving train near the Klisura railway station. The incident, which happened for reasons still to be determined, leaves one young woman in a serious condition and another, also her companion, with physical and likely psychological injuries.
According to information from the St. George University Hospital in Plovdiv, where the two injured girls were admitted, the 20-year-old passenger has extremely severe injuries. Doctors are cautious in their prognoses, as her condition is described as life-threatening.
Her 21-year-old companion has also been hospitalized in the same hospital. Unlike her friend's serious condition, she is in a relatively good overall state, with no immediate danger to her life. Nevertheless, doctors have decided that it is necessary for her to remain under their observation.
The tragic incident occurred in the area of the Klisura railway station, and it is not yet clear what prompted the two young women to take this risky action. An investigation is yet to clarify all the circumstances surrounding what happened. The case once again raises questions about the safety of passengers on Bulgarian trains.
