The program begins at 1:00 p.m., when Vice President Iliana Iotova will present Ambassador Alexios Marios Lyberopoulos with the Order of the Madara Horseman, First Class. The honor is awarded in recognition of his significant contributions to the development and strengthening of Bulgarian-Greek relations.
An hour later, at 2:00 p.m., Vice President Iliana Iotova is scheduled to present the Order of the Madara Horseman, Second Class, to the Ambassador of the State of Libya, Abu Bakr Saleh. The diplomat is receiving the honor for his contribution to the development of bilateral ties between the two countries.
