Burgas Municipality invites all students from the 9th to 12th grade to participate in the national initiative "Ideinik", organized by the Tuk-Tam team. The competition, which will open doors for the entrepreneurial spirit of young people, aims to encourage them to think creatively and seek solutions to real problems that concern their community.
"Ideinik" is a team competition in which participants will unite in teams to develop their ideas. The atmosphere of the event promises to be filled with enthusiasm and creative energy, as students will have the opportunity to work together, sharing their views and striving for a common goal.
For the winners of the competition, in addition to the satisfaction of the achieved success, there is also a serious prize – funding of up to 2,000 leva for the implementation of their idea. This is an exceptional opportunity to turn their dreams into reality and leave their mark on the community.
The organizers emphasize that participation in "Ideinik" will not only bring rewards, but will also develop important skills. Students will have the opportunity to improve their teamwork, enhance their critical thinking, as well as develop presentation and planning skills. These competencies are key not only for success within the school, but also for their future realization outside of it.
The competition is open to teams of students from one or several schools, which implies a variety of perspectives and creative approaches. Each team will have a mentor who will be a loyal ally during the preparation. The support of the mentors will be essential for guiding and assisting students in developing their ideas.
