The Liberian-flagged Greek oil tanker "Siren" has docked at the Varna Shipyard for repairs. The vessel was the target of a drone attack in the Black Sea in early September, which caused damage to its deck superstructure.
There were no reports of casualties or injuries among the crew members during the incident. The tanker, measuring over 270 meters in length, ranks among the largest vessels to have ever entered the port of Varna.
Prior to the attack, the vessel was scheduled to sail to Novorossiysk to load oil, after which its route included a transit to the Indian city of Mumbai.
