The Ethnographic Museum in Burgas presents the Roma spring cuisine
The Ethnographic Museum in Burgas is organizing a Week of Roma Spring Dishes, during which residents of the village of Rusokastro will demonstrate traditional Roma recipes such as Ribnik without fish, fasting sarmi from sorrel, and the unique Lapadnik.
On May 21, the recipe for Ribnik without fish, prepared with the first spring green beans, will be shown. On May 22, visitors will be able to try lean sarmi from sorrel with an appetizing sauce, and on May 23 - the unique lapadnik, bread with sorrel, green onions and gjosum. All these demonstrations will start at 11:30 am.
The museum aims to present the authentic Roma culinary tradition, providing the public with the opportunity to get acquainted with its features and enjoy the flavors of the spring Roma dishes.
