The European Central Bank (ECB) sent a congratulatory message to the newest member of the Eurozone – Bulgaria, on the occasion of its national holiday, March 3.
"Happy Liberation Day, Bulgaria! To celebrate this, we are revisiting Bulgaria's first steps towards Eurozone membership to the sounds of a real hit," the ECB's Instagram profile states.
In the post, the ECB also asks users: "Do you recognize any of the landmarks we are showing? Share with us in the comments".
Bulgaria became the 21st member of the Eurozone on January 1 this year, and the President of the Central Bank Christine Lagarde often uses social media to mark important dates related to the country's admission, recalls BTA.
