In the modern war between Ukraine and Russia, technological innovations are becoming a key factor for success. The Ministry of Digital Transformation developed a unique platform called "Army of Drones: Bonus", which gamifies combat operations by introducing a point system for soldiers.

The mechanism functions extremely precisely: each destroyed Russian combat unit is recorded by a drone, and the video material is carefully analyzed by a special team in Kyiv. Depending on the strategic importance of the target, soldiers receive a different number of points.

For example, destroying a multiple rocket system earns 50 points, a tank is valued at 40 points, and a damaged tank - 20 points. The system continuously adapts to the changing combat situation, introducing flexible scoring rules.

Ukrainian soldiers' motivation is increased through the ability to exchange accumulated points for specialized equipment through the "Brave 1 Market" platform, which functions as a military equivalent of an online trading platform.

Particularly interesting is the fact that capturing a Russian soldier is valued ten times higher than killing him - a strategic logic that demonstrates the pursuit of maximum efficiency and humanity.

According to Mykhailo Fedorov, the project leader, the system pursues two main goals: first, collecting high-quality intelligence data, and second, maintaining soldiers' motivation in extremely difficult combat conditions.

Statistics show that currently over 90% of Ukrainian military units participate in this innovative program. Analysts process thousands of video materials daily, classifying hits according to their category and strategic value.

The system reflects the evolution of Russian military tactics. For example, with the increase of small mobile groups, the point value for an individual soldier has increased from 2 to 6 points.

Although the approach seems like a gamification of war, it is a sophisticated technological tool for managing combat operations, combining data, motivation, and strategic planning.

Critics perceive the system controversially - some define it as an innovative motivational mechanism, while others consider it problematic due to the risk of turning war into a point game.

Regardless of different opinions, "Army of Drones: Bonus" demonstrates Ukraine's ability to use its technological skills and creativity in an extremely challenging combat environment.
