The Burgas Regional Court postponed the case against Bozhidar Kuzmanov and several other people. The reason is that two of the defendants' lawyers cannot attend due to commitments in other cases.
The case is for the incident in June 2016, when Dimitar Zhelyazkov was shot in a shootout in Sunny Beach, and his bodyguard was killed. The case led to a change of courts, and now it continues in Burgas.
