Children from Pomorie successfully completed the four-month free chess course, held within the framework of the IV National Chess Tour "Asenevtsi". The first bold steps in the art of chess were taken by Daniel Todorov, 9, and Angel Minchev, 8, from SU "Ivan Vazov" - Pomorie, as well as Yani Shivatov, 7, from DG "Temenuga" - Aheloy. The children enthusiastically and persistently went through the training and showed impressive progress. With the support of their parents, they improved their skills, such as concentration, logical thinking, discipline, and established chess as part of their daily development. The children were recognized by the tour team in a special letter to Mayor Ivan Aleksiev.

Pomorie Municipality and the "Asenevtsi" Chess Club continue to expand chess culture, creating more opportunities for children in the municipality. The chess tour this year will be on April 23 /Thursday/ at 10:00 AM, in the park of the "St. George" district - Pomorie, on the outdoor stage of the Community Center "Svetlina 1939". Students in the initial stage of education from the Primary School "Hristo Botev" and the Secondary School "Ivan Vazov" will participate, but any other child who wishes is welcome to join.

Congratulations to the award-winning Yani, Daniel and Angel! Good luck to the new little chess players!
