The "Asen Zlatarov 1940" Community Center in Burgas has launched a new program for children and adults, featuring a therapeutic writing workshop, a six-week baby massage course, and gesture-mimicry classes.
The new workshop, "Back to Yourself," is designed for women who wish to use writing as a tool to understand their own stories, feelings, choices, and desires. It is led by psychologist Elena Gogova. The project will consist of 10 thematic sessions covering topics such as free writing, the connection between body and emotions, family messages, self-esteem, personal boundaries, and the ability to let go of the past. Each session lasts two hours and is conducted in a small group, including an introduction, practical exercises, and free writing. Participants may also attend individual sessions. The cost is 20 euros per session plus materials. The workshop begins in October 2026.
For the youngest participants, gesture-mimicry classes continue every Wednesday through children's songs, dances, and gestures. Time for free play and socializing is provided after the activities.
A six-week baby massage course for infants up to 8 months old has also been added. The course is led by Diana Arakelyan. Pre-registration is required for all programs.
