The local administration of Burgas has initiated a large-scale project to expand the "Pinocchio" kindergarten, which will solve the problem of space shortage in the most populous urban district "Medan Rudnik". Mayor Dimitar Nikolov officially submitted a proposal to the Municipal Council to acquire a significant plot of land with an area of 4,807 square meters, located in close proximity to the existing building.
The strategic decision is driven by the growing demographic needs of the complex and the need to modernize educational infrastructure. "The expansion will create better conditions for education and care for the youngest residents," emphasized the mayor, highlighting the importance of the investment.
The location of the kindergarten is extremely favorable – centrally positioned in the complex with excellent transport accessibility. The existing facility is distinguished by innovative methodologies focused on the comprehensive development of children – physical, emotional, and intellectual.
The acquisition of the land from "LIDL BULGARIA" will allow the construction of a completely new modern building. The specially developed spatial plan provides for the allocation of space solely for educational purposes, which ensures targeted and efficient use of the property.
This project is part of the municipality's larger vision for continuous improvement of social infrastructure. Through targeted investments in educational facilities, Burgas demonstrates consistent care for the quality of life of its citizens and future generations.
