A 27-year-old man from Burgas ended up in custody after getting into a conflict with law enforcement. The incident, which cast a shadow over the night in the seaside city, occurred on October 14th, around 10:10 PM. The area of "Stefan Stambolov" Blvd, towards "Yanko Komitov" St, became an arena of tension when officers from the Second Police Department - Burgas, initiated a check of a "Citroen C3" passenger car with Burgas registration.

According to the information, the driver of the car attempted to avoid the check, demonstratively ignoring police orders. The tension escalated when the police ordered the driver to turn off the car's engine and get out of it. The man was warned that if he did not comply with the order, physical force and auxiliary means would be used to detain him. However, the driver refused to obey.

After that, the police were forced to use force to remove the man from the car. It was established that the detainee is a 27-year-old man from Burgas. He categorically refused to be tested for alcohol and drugs.

During the subsequent inspection of the car, a dry grassy substance was found, identified as cannabis, weighing about 1 gram.

The man from Burgas has been detained for up to 24 hours. Work on the case continues, as investigators gather additional evidence and establish all the circumstances surrounding the incident.
