Botev Vratsa Football Academy is undertaking significant structural changes in the coaching team, bringing back an experienced specialist and introducing new faces in different age groups.

Daniel Morales returns to the club as a methodologist and key figure in the academy. He will be responsible for coaching activities for children born between 2007 and 2011, together with director Ivaylo Dimitrov.

Among the new additions are three young coaches – Iliyan Marinov, Ivaylo Danchev, and Momchil Manchev. Marinov will take over the second team of the 2016 group and will assist with the 2019 group. Danchev will be an assistant coach for the second teams of age groups 2015 and 2016, while Manchev will support the teams from 2015 and 2017.

The detailed distribution of coaching positions covers all age groups. For the U19 group (2007/2008/2009), the head coach is Todor Garev, with Daniel Morales as his assistant. For U16 (2010), Lukan Lukanov is responsible, with assistants Ivaylo Dimitrov and Ivaylo Kunchev.

An interesting highlight is the appointment of Todor Goranov as coach of the 2013 group, as well as the leadership of various age groups by Borislav Boyanov, Radoslav Georgiev, Petyo Tsenov, and Yanislav Yakov.

Special attention has also been paid to women's football, where Mitko Panov is the head coach. Additionally, Kristiyan Todorov has been appointed as the goalkeepers' coach.

These changes demonstrate Botev Vratsa's strategic approach to developing young football talents and continuity in the club's academy.
