Bulgarian volleyball players under 19 years old triumph at the World Championship in Uzbekistan

The youth national volleyball team achieves a decisive victory against Canada with a 3:0 score, consolidating its leadership position in Group B of the world championship.

The Bulgarian men's volleyball national team under-19 demonstrated exceptional confidence and mastery during their next match at the World Championship in Uzbekistan. Under the guidance of coach Miroslav Zhivkov, the Bulgarian athletes achieved a categorical victory against the Canadian team with an impressive final score of 3:0.

In the first set, the Bulgarian athletes immediately took the initiative, quickly creating a solid lead of 4:1. Their persistence and technical superiority were obvious, with the point difference continuously growing – from 11:5 to an impressive 19:10. Despite sporadic attempts by the Canadian team to resist, the Bulgarians won the first part with a categorical 25:17.

The second set proved to be more challenging and contested. Initially, the Canadian team managed to lead four times, but the class of the Bulgarian volleyball players quickly became visible. At a score of 16:11 in Bulgaria's favor, an unexpected decline followed, where the opponents managed to equalize to 21:21. Despite the dramatic moment, the Bulgarian team showed character and won the set with 25:23.

The third part began again with a categorical domination of the Bulgarian team – a quick start of 3:0, which was followed by a short period of uncertainty. The Canadians managed to lead at 6:3, but were quickly returned to their initial position. The Bulgarian volleyball players demonstrated mental strength, quickly creating a lead of 12:10.

The end of the match was a true triumph for Bulgaria. With a series of four consecutive points, the team consolidated its first place in group B with an impressive final score of 25:21. This victory practically ensures the Bulgarian team a top position and a more favorable draw in the next phase of the tournament.
