Record Growth in Trademark Applications in 2025
The European Union Intellectual Property Network (EUIPN) has published its first annual EUIPN Trends Report 2025. Despite economic challenges, the system reports a steady growth of 12.9% in trademark applications, reaching a remarkable 1.6 million classes.

The report highlights Bulgaria's exceptionally strong performance. Applicants from the country, along with those from France, account for nearly 25% of applications from leading companies in the system. Key highlights for our country:
