A group of students from the Bulgarian school "Bulgarche", based in Naples, Italy, carried out a large-scale journey through their homeland as part of a National Program of the Ministry of Education.

The students went through an impressive series of tourist destinations, including natural and historical landmarks. Among the visited sites were the Prohodna Cave, the Iskar-Panega eco-trail, the Krushun Waterfalls, the Saeva Dupka Cave, the Cherepish Monastery, the "Baba Iliyitsa" museum house in Chelopek village, the Ledenika Cave, the Belogradchik Fortress, and the iconic Belogradchik Rocks.

In the last days of their expedition, the young students focused on the city of Pleven, where they visited landmarks such as the Pleven Panorama "1877" – a monumental monument dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the city's liberation from Ottoman rule.

The "Bulgarche" school was created by the "Association for Bulgarian Culture" and offers comprehensive education in Bulgarian language, literature, history, and geography. The institution is officially present on the list of Bulgarian Sunday schools abroad, maintained by the Ministry of Education and Science.

"Fifth and last day of our adventure. The beauty of Pleven and the new friendships will warm us during the upcoming school year," the students enthusiastically shared on social networks, expressing hope for future similar educational initiatives.
