In a ceremonial speech on the occasion of Railway Worker's Day, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport Grozdan Karadjov delivered an emotional message to workers in the Bulgarian railway system, acknowledging their exceptional contribution to national transport infrastructure.
