In the evening of March 1st — days when Bulgaria celebrates Baba Marta and the beginning of spring — the Community of Pomorie and the SU „Ivan Vazov“ are once again joining one of the most traditional charitable initiatives — the March fair with handmade martenitsi.

Martenitsi that give hope

The sale of martenitsi within the campaign „Martenitsa, charm and hope, give a gift“ supports the National Cooperation Center for Children and Youth with Disabilities (Pomorie). Every purchased martenitsa is a contribution to the lives of children who need support, attention, and care.

"We believe that together we can not only preserve the Bulgarian tradition but also give hope to those who need it most."

When and where?

How to join?

Simply come by, buy a martenitsa, make a gift — not only celebrate spring, but also make the world a better place. Each martenitsa is a symbol of hope, strength, and connection between generations.

Why is this important?

Join this wonderful initiative — together we can make spring more joyful, generous, and kind.
