Alliance for Rights and Freedoms (ARF) submitted documents for registration as a political party to the Sofia City Court, the formation announced on its Facebook page.

The registration is an expression of a clear political will to build a modern, democratic and responsible party that will consistently defend human rights and freedoms, the equality of all Bulgarian citizens and the protection of human dignity, ARF states. With this act, the formation is taking "an important step towards its institutional affirmation and full participation in the political life of Bulgaria as an independent political entity."

"Our goal is to restore normality in political life, free state institutions from dependencies and backstage influence and really strengthen the rule of law. A special priority for us is the active involvement of young people in political and public life as a necessary prerequisite for the renewal of democracy and sustainable development of the country, ARF also points out.

And they add that they will work to build strong local structures and policies close to the citizens, as well as to create effective legal guarantees for the real application of constitutionally proclaimed rights and freedoms. The formation also declares categorical support for the irreversibility of democratic processes and Bulgaria's European path.

ARF insists on holding fair, transparent and democratic early parliamentary elections that will restore citizens' trust in the electoral process and institutions.

The registration documents in the Sofia City Court were submitted by the co-chairs of the party Hayri Sadakov, Sevim Ali, Taner Ali and Dimitar Nikolov, as well as by the MP Hüsni Adem.

The constituent assembly of ARF was in November 2025. At it, Ahmed Dogan was elected honorary chairman with operational functions. Four co-chairs were also elected.
