Records and honors

The organizers of the sports festival are the Municipality of Svishtov, the BRC (Bulgarian Red Cross), and the 55th Engineer Regiment – Belene. The safety of the swimmers was ensured by teams of lifeguards and boatmen who accompanied the participants along the kilometer-long route from the Romanian bank to the Bulgarian one.

This year, interest in the event surpassed last year's results, when 152 participants took part in the swim, reinforcing the tradition as one of the most significant summer sports events in the region.
