The scope of the initiative includes properties managed by various state structures - ministers, departmental heads, regional governors, and state enterprises. Special focus is placed on properties created in accordance with Article 62, Paragraph 3 of the Commercial Law, as well as on the corporate ownership of public enterprises.

The current methodology provides for a detailed study of each individual property, analyzing its current necessity and potential. The institution guarantees that additional information will be published promptly on the official website, ensuring maximum public awareness.
