Electronic Health Record: Mobile Campaign Reaches Every Bulgarian

An innovative health campaign is launching nationwide, aimed at maximizing convenience for Bulgarian citizens in managing their personal medical information. Regional Health Inspectorates (RHI), in collaboration with "Information Services" AD, will set up mobile points in all 28 regions of the country.

The initiative "With One Click - You Control the System" will continue from July to the end of September. Expert teams will assist those who want to activate their electronic health record directly through their mobile devices, initially focusing on busy urban locations.

The main goal of the campaign is to maximize ease in the process of "pairing" phones with the electronic health record. Citizens will receive free professional assistance at specially designated mobile points.

Weekly information about exact locations and hours will be publicly available every Friday on the official website of the Ministry of Health, as well as on the websites of regional health inspectorates. Mobile points will gradually cover smaller settlements.

The innovative approach aims to make health information as transparent and easily accessible as possible for every Bulgarian citizen through modern technological solutions.
