Burgas welcomes leading dental specialists to the XXIII International Scientific Congress of the Bulgarian Dental Association.

Burgas will welcome prominent dentists and dental specialists from the country and abroad, who will participate in the XXIII International Scientific Congress of the Bulgarian Dental Union (BDU), which will be held on June 12-14 at the International Congress Center. The event is part of the continuing education program of the World Dental Federation (FDI).

The scientific program includes lectures from 21 speakers, panel discussions, poster sections, oral presentations, as well as two practical courses. During the congress, the BDU will recognize the best scientific developments presented in the form of oral or poster presentations. A traditional large dental exhibition will accompany the congress, providing an opportunity to learn about the latest developments in the dental industry.

On June 13, in the "FOROS" Hall of the International Congress Center, lectures will be held on topics such as "Implant treatment of periodontally compromised patients with laser therapies", "Mucosal diseases - therapeutic approaches and risk assessment", "Challenges in pediatric dentistry", "A modern approach to the clinical treatment and rehabilitation of severe caries in early childhood" and others.

In the "BURGAS" Hall, lectures will be held on topics such as "How far can we go with endodontic microsurgery?", "Advantages of combined products in influencing pain and inflammation in dental practice", "Thresholds - causes, prevention, treatment", "The All-on-4 concept: a predictable and effective solution for the rehabilitation of a whole arch" and others.

On June 14, in the "FOROS" Hall, lectures will be held on topics such as "To preserve or to extract - the modern dilemma", "Long-term success of implant restoration: biological and prosthetic complications and their management", "Modern endodontics" and "Development of approaches in ensuring dental health".

Practical courses will be held on June 13 at the "Bulgaria" hotel on topics such as "Direct aesthetic restorations in the front. Shape, color, texture" and on June 14 "Digital workflow with 3Shape at horizontal and vertical preparation margin".

With the diversity of the scientific and social program, the International Scientific Congress of the BDU is establishing itself as the most valuable event in the life of the professional organization, gaining the trust of its members and partners, and contributing to the image of the dental profession in society.
