"Alexander Georgiev-Kodzhakafaliyata" Primary School will provide educational services in a newly constructed municipal building in the "Kraymorie" neighborhood starting from the 2026/2027 school year. The proposal was submitted by Mayor Dimitar Nikolov and is set to be reviewed at the upcoming session of the Burgas Municipal Council.

The new facility will be located at 18 Hristo Arnaudov St. It will house 8 additional classrooms for students from preschool age to 7th grade. The administration clarifies that there are no plans to establish a new school or change the status of the existing educational institution; the building will simply function as an additional location.

The decision was prompted by the development of the neighborhood and the growing number of children in the area. During the 2025/2026 school year, over 60 students from 1st to 7th grade from Kraymorie attended schools, mostly located in the central part of Burgas.

According to the Municipality of Burgas, opening the new facility will make things easier for families by reducing travel time and costs for students. It is expected that this arrangement will allow for the implementation of innovative educational practices and extracurricular activities in better spatial conditions.
