President Yotova continues a series of meetings aimed at developing an effective strategy to overcome the economic consequences of the conflict in the Middle East. Within this initiative, the President will hold meetings with key acting ministers and regulatory institutions.

Meeting with Irena Georgieva

At 9:30 AM, Yotova will discuss at "Dondukov" 2 with acting Minister of Tourism Irena Georgieva. The discussion will focus on measures to support the tourism sector, which is particularly vulnerable to economic fluctuations.

Meeting with Ivan Hristov

At 12:30 PM, the President will meet with acting Minister of Agriculture and Food, Ivan Hristov. The topic of the discussion will be possible mechanisms for overcoming the impact of the conflict on consumer goods prices.

Meetings with the Commission for Protection of Competition

On March 24, the President discussed with the leadership of the Commission for Protection of Competition (CPC) possible mechanisms and measures to overcome the economic consequences of the conflict. The Head of State emphasized the need for a strategic approach to the problem.

Meetings with the Consumer Protection Commission and NAP

On March 30, the Head of State talked with the leadership of the Consumer Protection Commission (CPC) and the National Revenue Agency (NRA). The consensus is that coordination between institutions and regulatory bodies is extremely important.

The Head of State emphasized that it is necessary to expand the powers of the NRA and CPC for higher results from their activities.
