With great mood, creativity and inspiration, the second day of the Healthy Eating Week in the kindergartens of Burgas Municipality, part of the initiative "Easter Magic - health, smiles and colorful days", passed.
The day was dedicated to the theme "The culture of eating is health that we build every day" and united the children in various educational and practical activities, aimed at building useful habits and correct behavior during meals.
Through interactive games such as "How do we eat?", "Healthy and harmful" and "Restaurant", the little ones reinforced their knowledge of healthy foods and table etiquette. In a number of kindergartens, improvised restaurants were created, in which the children enthusiastically took on the roles of chefs, waiters and customers, demonstrating skills in preparing, serving and culturally consuming food.
The meetings with students from the Professional High School of Tourism "Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov" - Burgas and guest specialists, who shared knowledge and practical skills, were particularly exciting. Together with them, the children prepared healthy desserts, learned more about the combination of products and the correct serving of food, as well as about the professions related to culinary.
The festive mood was complemented by artistic performances, thematic games and elements of Bulgarian traditions, which brought the spirit of the upcoming Easter holidays. The children not only showed knowledge and skills, but also created unforgettable memories filled with joy, sharing and inspiration.
The second day of the initiative reinforced the message that the culture of eating and healthy choices are the basis for good health, self-esteem and an active lifestyle from an early age.
