A light wind will blow from the northern quadrant. In the afternoon, there will be an influx of colder air in Eastern Bulgaria. The maximum temperatures will be from 10°-12° in Ludogorie to 15°-17° in places in Southwestern Bulgaria; in Sofia 13°.
Along the Black Sea coast, the cloud cover will be broken, and by the end of the day, it will dissipate to mostly sunny weather. A light to moderate wind will blow from the north-northeast. The maximum temperatures will be 7°-9°. The sea water temperature is from 4°-5° along the northern coast to 6°-7° along the southern coast.
In the mountains, before noon, the cloud cover will be significant, and in the afternoon, it will break up and decrease to mostly sunny weather. The maximum temperature at 1200 meters will be around 7°, and at 2000 meters around 1°.
On March 4 and 5, it will remain relatively warm. On Wednesday, the weather will be mostly sunny. Towards the end of the day, an increase in high cloud cover will begin from the southwest. On Thursday, the medium and low cloud cover will also increase, and in places in Western Bulgaria, there will be light rain.
