Water utility Vik-Burgas is cutting off water in the village of Marinka because of a water main break at 24 Mihail Gerdzhikov Street, the company says. Crews will fix the damage on site on 27 September 2026.
While repairs are under way, there will be no water at the address or in the areas around it. The company has not yet said what time the work will be finished.
"We're sorry for the inconvenience," Vik wrote to residents of Marinka in its notice.
Breaks like this in the municipality's water pipes are not rare, but they are usually fixed quickly. The company tends to warn people at the affected addresses ahead of time, so they can stock up on water for as long as the supply is cut.
