Serious accident hinders traffic near Burgas
A chain-reaction accident has caused serious traffic congestion on the main road between Sunny Beach and Burgas. The incident occurred in the area of the Sarafovo neighborhood, near Burgas Airport.
According to police data, three passenger cars were involved in the road accident.
Traffic police and emergency medical teams were immediately dispatched to the scene. Burgas police confirmed to BNT that four people were injured in the collision. They have all been transported to a medical facility for examination, and their condition is currently being assessed.
Huge traffic jams in the area
The incident has caused significant tension on the road. According to eyewitnesses and drivers passing through the section, a column of vehicles about 2 kilometers long has formed. Traffic at the entrance to Burgas is completely blocked.
