The coach of the Sofia team Ivan Stoyanov presented an honest analysis after the first defeat of the season in a First League match. Despite the 1:2 loss to Dobrudzha, the specialist remained optimistic about his players' performance.
"We played a relatively good match, with more ball control", Stoyanov shared. He emphasized that the team had opportunities to change the result but failed to score a second decisive goal. "The home team took advantage of our missed chances and turned the match around", the coach commented.
According to Stoyanov, the main problem was in the final phase of attacks. "We tried to keep the ball, but we lacked precision in the final shot", he explained. Despite the first loss, the coach remains positive about the team's potential.
