Three people died and 26 were hurt in 19 serious crashes across Bulgaria in the past 24 hours, the interior ministry says on its website.
There have been 619 serious crashes since September 1. They have killed 45 people and injured 770.
In Sofia, police logged 16 minor crashes and two serious ones over the same period, leaving three people hurt.
