Tragic incident in Primorsko
An eighty-five-year-old tourist from the Czech Republic was found dead in an outdoor pool at the "Primorsko Del Sol" hotel in Primorsko, reported the press center of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior – Burgas.
The report for the incident was received around 3:44 PM on Thursday. The man, who had arrived in Bulgaria on June 23, had entered the water, after which his body went limp and sank.
A medical team confirmed the death on the spot. The body was transported for an autopsy at the University Hospital – Burgas. Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated in the case.
Wave of incidents by the sea
The case comes just a day after another tragedy – on June 24, a 10-year-old girl of Ukrainian origin drowned in a hotel pool in Aheloy during a children's camp.
