On September 3, the program for the 42nd edition of the Apollonia Festival of Arts offers its audience a packed series of events, with literary premieres, theatrical performances, and concerts by renowned artists such as Svetlin Roussev and Ivo Dimchev taking center stage. The festival, which has successfully attracted hundreds of artists and thousands of art lovers to Sozopol since 1984, is organized by the Apollonia Foundation (established in 1991). This year, the rich cultural program includes over 70 events, bringing together music, theater, literature, cinema, and fine arts, with BTA serving as a media partner for the initiative, which supports new talent and preserves cultural traditions.
The eighth day of the festival features the following activities:
- 6:00 PM, Art Gallery: presentation of the book "Circular Time" by author Manya Popova.
- 6:30 PM, "Otets Paisiy" Community Center: the Aleko Konstantinov Satirical Theater presents the play "Sisters-in-law".
- 7:00 PM, Art Gallery: a literary meeting with Georgi Bardarov and a presentation of his novel "Adagio for Maria".
- 7:00 PM, Archaeological Museum stage: a musical concert by world-renowned violinist Svetlin Roussev and his daughter Chloe Roussev.
- 8:30 PM, Summer Cinema: screening of the film production "3.0 Kilograms of Happiness".
- 9:00 PM, Apollonia Amphitheater: the final highlight of the evening is a concert by Ivo Dimchev.
