A journalistic investigation reveals the meticulously staged scenario of a presidential meeting at the metallurgical complex, where every detail was pre-planned and controlled by the organizational team.

Kremlin reporter Andrey Kolesnikov documented how employees of the metallurgical plant were prepared for the ceremonial meeting with the head of state. The preliminary briefing included strict instructions regarding permissible questions and behavioral models.

When a worker suggested posing a question about the high interest rates of the Central Bank, the organizer categorically rejected the topic: "Why immediately about the interest rate? The answer is clear!", demonstrating unwillingness for an open discussion on economically sensitive topics.

Among the approved questions were the president's childhood memories, urban impressions, and the future of the metallurgical industry. Particularly indicative was the approval of a question about Putin's childhood games, which was deemed "wonderful" by the organizer.

Workers went through a rehearsal of the protocol meeting, being ordered to be "more cheerful" and to greet synchronously: "Hello, Vladimir Vladimirovich". Any attempt at spontaneity was strictly regulated.

The economic context reveals that high interest rates are a direct result of military actions that have accelerated inflationary processes. Businesses and citizens are bearing significant financial constraints, which makes the attempt to censor such questions especially telling.

During his visit, Putin inspected the metallurgical plant, the Attraction Park, opened a highway section, and held a working meeting with regional governor Alexei Teksler. Urban infrastructure was temporarily blocked due to the presidential motorcade.

This episode illustrates the precise control over public communications and the authorities' desire to maintain a strictly regulated narrative during official visits.
